Yes, we ship to most countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout from your address. Import duties, when they apply, are paid by the recipient.

Ceramics and glass are wrapped in recycled paper and double boxed with plant-based fillers. Every parcel is insured; if anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace it.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery in its original condition. Start a return from your account or contact us. Custom, engraved and personalised pieces are final sale.

Every piece is made by hand, so glaze, grain and weave vary a little from one to the next. These small differences are the mark of the maker, not a defect.

Most of our ceramics are food and dishwasher safe on a gentle cycle; the care notes on each product page say when hand washing is better. Keep rattan and bamboo away from direct heat and dust them with a soft dry cloth.
