Our Story
From eleven potters to a marketplace of makers
CraftMarket connects independent artisans, family workshops and verified factories with people and businesses who care where things come from.
We started in 2019 with eleven potters in three countries. Today more than five hundred makers sell through the marketplace, from single-person studios to cooperatives of forty weavers.
Every maker is visited before they join. We check working conditions, materials and packaging, and we publish what we find on their profile.
