Every piece on CraftMarket is made by hand, so we pack and ship it with the same care. This page explains how long delivery takes, what it costs and how to send something back.
Processing time
Pieces in stock leave the maker's studio within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and personalised pieces ship in 2–4 weeks; the exact time is shown on the product page. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Shipping rates
- United States: standard shipping $8, delivered in 3–7 business days.
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $75.
- International: flat rate of $24, delivered in 7–14 business days.
- Furniture and large pieces: quoted separately at checkout.
International orders may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Packaging
All parcels are packed with recycled paper and plant-based fillers. Fragile pieces such as ceramics and glass are double boxed and every parcel is insured for its full value.
Returns
Not the right fit? You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Start a return from My Account > Orders, or contact our support team with your order number.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in the box it arrived in.
- Drop the parcel off with the prepaid label we email you. US returns are free.
Custom, engraved and personalised pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Refunds
Once the maker receives and checks your return, we refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are refunded only if the item was damaged or not as described.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives broken or is not what you ordered, send us photos of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you do not need to return the damaged piece.
