About the Studio
Ramon throws burnay, the dark stoneware jars of Vigan, on a kick wheel and fires them for two days in a dragon kiln shared by four families.
Working from Vigan for 41 years, Ramon focuses on burnay stoneware jars. Every piece is signed and photographed before it leaves the studio.
The jar is finished by the fire. I only start it.
